We regret that due to our activities being a specialist field, it is necessary to impose strict booking conditions and cancellation charges. Please take the time to read our T&C’s prior to making a booking, a full copy can be found via the link below.
- Special Offers must be paid in full at time of booking.
- Special offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Black Mountain Activities require a minimum of 4 people booked on the activity in order for it to run (6 people for white water rafting). In the event that there are insufficient numbers booked onto your chosen activity day, an alternative activity will be offered.
- White Water Rafting is subject to water conditions. An alternative activity must be chosen when booking this activity. In the event that the water levels are unsuitable on the day you will take part in your chosen alternative activity.
- Special Offers are not available as a gift voucher.
- Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
