Set in the heart of the Mid-Wales countryside near Brecon, this high ropes adventure is designed to push you out of your comfort zone in a safe, supportive environment.
Our high ropes course is based within the grounds of Black Mountain Activities in Three Cocks, conveniently located near Hay-on-Wye, Brecon, Hereford & Abergavenny.
🌿 WHAT TO EXPECT
Here’s what you can expect from your high ropes challenges & zip wire experience.
Our high ropes course is suitable for both children and adults, making it ideal for families, groups, schools, and corporate team building events.
The course is made up of a series of exciting aerial challenges set between 10ft and 30ft above the ground, designed to test balance, coordination, and confidence as you move from one element to the next. As you progress, the challenges become more demanding—helping you build trust, teamwork, and self-belief.
To finish your adventure, take on our thrilling 80m zip wire, the perfect high-speed finale to your experience.
Great for school groups and youth organisations, corporate and team-building groups, and families with children aged 8+.

The High Level Ropes Course & Zip Wire is a 2-3 hour activity session for which we offer two session times a day – Morning or Afternoon. Times for each session are specified below however, finishing times may vary depending on group size.

| WHAT TO WEAR | Warm comfortable athletic clothing, trainers, waterproofs, hat, jacket and sunscreen in the warmer months. |
All our activity sessions take place outdoors where conditions may be wet, cold & muddy. Please consider this prior to arrival, preparing yourself with appropriate clothing for the outdoors.
