You will be equipped with wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet, our experienced and dedicated instructors will guide you up the river, introducing you traversing, jumps in to the river and swim across to the far side.Your day of gorge walking will continue with more traversing along rock walls, jumping across boulders, exploring dark holes in the ground (only for the intrepid), scrambling up waterfalls and crawling along narrow ledges behind the waterfall to find that the only way down is to jump in the pool on the far side.
A day of adventurous gorge walking would not be complete without taking the plunge, “Loonies Leap” - choose the 10ft or the 18ft leap! From there it's a short wet walk back to the minibus, where warm clothes wait. |

Gorge Walking prices start from £35.00 per person half day based on 6 or more

What do you need:- Complete change of clothes and towel, shorts or old tracksuit bottoms to wear over the wetsuit, fleece, walking boots or sturdy trainers.
Packed lunches are available to take with you at a cost of £5.50 each. These must be pre-ordered at least 24 hours prior to you gorge walking experience. |

You can mix this with other activities such as Black Mountain Challenge, High level Ropes Course, Archery, Raft Building, Land Carting, Clay Shooting, Canoeing, Kayaking, Etc.
Other Great activities available are white water rafting, canoe hire, mountain bike hire, orienteering, caving, gorge walking, rock climbing team challenges, hill walking etc. |
