What do you need:- Complete change of clothes and towel, shorts or old tracksuit bottoms to wear over the wetsuit, fleece, walking boots or sturdy trainers.

Packed lunches are available to take with you at a cost of £5.00 each. These must be pre-ordered at least 24 hours prior to you gorge walking experience.
