Job description
To work along side and assist qualified instructors in the delivery
of a variety of activities. You will also be given an opportunity
to lead some sessions such as High Level ropes, Team Building
Events, Gorge Walking only after successful completing training
course and assessment courses. Successful applicants will gain
valuable experience and training, possibly leading to a NGB award.
. you will also be expected to drive Mini buses with trailers,
having a D1 on your license would be an advantage.
Working week - Working hours
are normally from 8.30am - 5.30pm included within this time will
be a lunch break. There will be times during your employment that
you will be required to work additional evening hours, this is usually
from 7.00PM - 9.00PM. A flexible weekly Roster is programmed on
a weekly basis; this will give all employees a guide to the activities
they will be covering, however occasionally the program may change
slightly, depending on group demand or cancellation of activities
and weather conditions.
Prerequisites: Have an interest
and passion for outdoor pursuits, have receive some training to
wards NGB awards such as Mountain biking, climbing, caving, mountaineering,
kayaking, canoeing, Rafting,orienteering etc.,
Salary:-
Instructors from £9'600 to £11'700 pro rata depending
on qualification's and experience.
