Senior Instructor - Position Filed

Black Mountain Activities Ltd is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our experienced team. We are looking for someone who can not only integrate with our staff, but also can positively contribute to our continued growth as an outdoor activity business. This is a good opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position within an expanding business. Candidates with good organisational abilities and sound knowledge of the outdoors will be considered first.

Job description
Responsible for the day to day management of staff and activities.
Organising the training needs of staff.
Running weekly meeting both at senior and instructional staff level.
Meeting and greeting customers.
Lead and develop activity sessions including team building events.
Motivate staff.

Pre requisite
Should have a minimum of five years experience as a multi disciplined instructor, also have a knowledge of developing and running team building events.
Applicants ideally should hold most of the following awards:- SPA. ML Summer. BCU L3 Open and Kayak coach, cave leader and raft guide.
As well has these candidates must have a D1 entitlement on the driving license which enable them to drive mini buses.

Working week
40 hours inclusive of weekends and bank holidays, you will also be required to work some over time and evening session.

Salary
Starting at £15,600 to £18,500 per annum subject to experience and qualification's.
